Marching Band Walks Off Field During National Anthem

I was in Philadelphi in 1968 going to Valley Forge Military Academy.
4,000 kids white, black, yellow, and green. (Ok; maybe not green.)
This was in the late 60's when Watts was burning, Black Panthers,
Students for a democratic Society, (SDS,) Vietnam War Protests weekly,etc.
It wasn't the President then, it's not the president now.
All need to realize the powers that are unseen use "Divide and Conquer."
Your black brother is not the enemy.
Your "too big to fail" banker, on the other hand, is another story.
Stripping the wealth of the middle class.

"Resist" - making America great again??? I don't get that logic.
How about instead protesting the drug companies giving out opioids like candy?
That seems worthwhile.

Research; analize. Don't just blindly accept stories as fact.
There was a law just passed that govt. could propagandize the U.S. - WHY?

I had to refrain from responding for the looooooooongest time all day yesterday. had to compose myself and remind myself that I'm dealing with keyboard commandos. and life's too short for this ish.

 

This response is closer to the response i was looking for from nax. My point being regarding rights is we all have equal rights. We are not all treated equally amongst ourselves , mostly of our own doing to one another. Had you said there is no equality amongst the various social and economic classes, I will agree 100%. I see this country as having slowly shifted from overt racism of minorities, into a discrimination based on social economic standing.
We as a people are being divided and conquered and were to stupid to see it for what it is.

 

As mentioned to group all officers as “policing” is just plain ignorance. What about the gang that tried to kill my family and only got probation for it?

 

I know all cops aren’t bad. But it seems, just like the trucking industry, the experienced old timers are being run out by throngs of low paid newbies.

I’m curious, did you ever work as a city cop? How was the pay?
