    Teams don't split 25 . That is the pay you get so you should make more than Stevens solo.

    I can't imagine 26 cpm. Schneider starts at 32 or 36 if I recall when it comes to otr. Some dedicated accounts start around 42.

    Swift pays more. Would go with Swift or Knight. More options at Swift. Do NOT lease a #### truck. Get your experience and drive out your contract. Don't hit anything and find a better company.

    Keep in mind stevens is a refrigerated company no dry van from what I understand. Roehl is another starter company I think .32 or .36 to start. They say on the website drivers make over 50k after their first 9 months.
