Trying the Pre-Plan experiment

@FreightlinerGuy good catch...wonder how the rest of us that are not in "good lane areas" are supposed to make it work

 

No point in doing these load for that price. 2 hours for loading, 2 hours for unloading and 2 hours drive time and driver only makes $45 an hour but can miss many potential loads? Waste of time for something like that and too much risk for low money

 

@Ben Grinev I think you are being too, repeat, too conservative with the wait times (load/unload)

It prolly could take longer than your allotted 2 hr load/2 hr unload

 

Yes exactly that is just a minimum and a high risk load that could take up and entire 14hr shift. This is why many guys long distance runs (1000miles+) because they have to unload less, especially flatbedders because they have to tarp and strap down less.

 

What kind of equipment are you hauling?

 

U have TONU clause in your contract, dont you?
