We're definitely still a bit slow in Alberta compared to 2009-2014 but a lot of our huge customers (I'm talking major earthmoving and construction companies) have said they plan on being balls to the wall all winter this year.

Running with another LS guy and we were coming up on the scale at Cle Elum and just as we're coming down the ramp one of my tail lights falls out of the hole and is dangling by the wire. Good timing. At least they didn't care.
It's a nice day up here. But I still hate coming up here.Oxbow, johndeere4020, Crusader66 and 7 others Thank this. -
It's sure quiet in here....did everyone run off a cliff or just sitting at home like me?
Oxbow, peterbilt_2005, johndeere4020 and 4 others Thank this. -
Still around. Been swamped in the shop and still trying to get through my "Light remodel turned into a major restoration" project at the house.
Oxbow, peterbilt_2005, Logan76 and 5 others Thank this. -
Still around, still doing the same thing, just waiting for this thread to take off, lol.
This thread has pretty much stuck to truckin, unlike the other one that was all over the place and with different characters also, so since i'm not truckin I haven't really had anything to contribute. I lead a pretty dull life anyway. It is good to see some of the old hands here. -
Haven’t been around for a minute or two. Not to hijack the thread from Truck but my fiancé’s Dad passes away yesterday. Had a few ####tails in his name last night.

Sorry to hear about this. I recall the 3 of you spending as much time as you could together when he was first diagnosed and you had just started dating your now fiance'. I hope you guys are doing ok, especially her. May you both find peace in these difficult times and get through them as well as possible.

Some more harvest pics from this morning. We had to shut down yesterday due to the wind. If a fire had started it would of spread like crazy and nothing to stop it.

Me third. I'll always be around here checking in from time to time. I hope everyone enjoys my posts every now and then and I know it's got nothing to do with truckin but that is what this thread is about, just about everything and is a tribute to everyone #4.
I have always thought it was cool how a truckers forum attracts welders, farmers, airplane mechanics, firemen, construction workers, etc and we're all on the same page. Good guys for sure.Oxbow, peterbilt_2005, d o g and 12 others Thank this.
