Schneider Teaming

things getting on my nerves
1. they act like there are no options for team mates (especially if you are female)
2. Team mate #1: has a hissy fit if I stop for a 30 min break because I am night driving and my eyes keep crossing
3. Team mate #1: refuses to drive at night and expects me a newbie to drive all night despite micro sleep and eyes crossing between 12 am and 3 am
4. Team mate #1: stops for no reason the next day after chewing me out for a 30 min break and she takes a 4 hour break during the day because "she was tired" (so from 12 pm to 4 pm we were parked at a truck stop)
5. Team mate #1: wont let me touch the qualcomm ever
6. Team mate #1: lasted one month
7. Team mate #2: didnt bother to show up for 2 days after start date
8. Team mate #2: left the trailer break on and drove 60 mph for 10 min I wake up to the smell of burning and look out the window to see the breaks are smoking.... we stop and wait for them to cool off
9. Team mate #2: we shift change and I find the trailer break is on again
10. Team mate#2: we shift change and I find the trailer break and jake break is on
11. Team mate #2: rearranges the whole truck with out my imput and labels me a complainer for not being happy with that.
12. Team mate #2: bitc4es the whole time I drive the night that I am not driving my share of the miles and that I am driving too fast... but refuses to drive at night
13. Team mate #2: parks the truck till dawn when my hours were up because she wont drive at night
14. Team mate #2: talks on the phone with a headset non stop driving or stopped.
15. Team mate #2: lasted a week

I need to meet ppl who are not picked by schnieder.... lol my nerves and stress can't take it

 

I dont want to jump ship till I have at least 6 months under by belt

I may have to go solo lol
the third person they picked has a new baby new wife and weird religion.... he also wants more time at home than i do... I will give him a shot but after that I am giving up and going solo otr

I do have to say I miss talking to myself... I miss my alone time where I just chatted away with myself and laugh at all my jokes lol... and to think I would have more room for you know a refrigerator or maybe even a microwave... so far I just had my cell phone for entertainment and truck stop snack food ever other day with just ten hours off I tend to prefer sleep over eating. and it would be nice to sleep in a stopped truck where someone is not cussing out jill (the qualcomm), speeding through construction, and talking on the phone non stop with hip hop in the background.... solo is sounding good lol
