    well, the roadmaster in Chattanooga does CDL training exclusively for US Xpress, kinda of like a subcontractor for their school. That means as soon as they get their liscence, they'll be getting on a truck with a trainer who has 6 mo experience.

    I was thinking about becoming a road master instructor but my concern is the pay. I called and couldn't get a range of salary from the person that i talked to. Does anyone know if the pay is worth the effort it?
