    union stuff.....not to say that Rat is union, just that everybody plays from the same book. The more rules they can make and the more tenth's of a penny they can scrounge, means that everybody is doing their job

    company is earning a profit margin of .128 or .129 on the dollar with a 99% service rate.. we get our cut as drivers.

    just an outstanding culture here. driver driven. so to speak.

    I have Schneider to thank for everything. They took a kid with ZERO driving or heavy machinery experience, and trained me as well as they could. I've been pulling doubles for various companies in the ten years since I left, and it's been great. This year will be the worst income year I've had since 2006, but thats because the company I'm at is ROUGH the first couple years, before the gates of heaven open and the money rolls in.

    And it's all because of a couple trainers in Green Bay who weren't convinced I could hack it, but tried anyway.
