    gow did you get a prehire from them? they have had my application for 2 weeks and i called this past monday and they told me they were working on it and i called today and they told me they had not started on it. not mention a recruiter cant even return an email.
    what a joke

    I did get a prehire from them... they took their sweet time, checked all the companies I listed on my app. and finally sent me a prehire.

    Just don't be too anxious about it. I got the idea it was standard for them to take a few weeks with their prehires.

    They are very thorough with work history ,background etc. Most companies only go back 3 yrs on previous employment they went back 10 yrs on me. It takes awhile to get approved but when they finally do prehire you will be hired long as you pass physical,drug test and road test. Alot of companies are still processing your application while your going thru orientation. TransAm will have this done before they bring you to orientation. And yes 100% of their fleet is 10sp autoshift
