    Well Dbl Time
I graduated on the 13th but they still need wood for the barrel lol. Winter mornings are COLD on the yard :biggrin_2553: Now im working on all the endorsements. You dont by chance have a BUS in your yard do ya ?:biggrin_255: I have passed Passenger and now need a bus to drive lol You would think that if I can parallel park a Tractor/Trailer, surely I can drive a bus. Also passed Tankers & Dbl/Triples. Now working on hazmat. Have a good one and be safe out there

Yes they give you plenty of time. The load I am picking up today 420 miles pickup time 0800 and delivers 1430 on the 18th. To much time lol Last week I was patient, maybe to patient. Sat in Vandalia yard to long so no miles. Hopefully this week will improve.

sounds like covenant somewhat, 850 miles in 4.5 days to del and can't del early...so do you haul ##### and sit or drag your feet and log it and get low hours on the recap when you need them?:biggrin_25511:
right now i'm in indy unloading at a place that semis are not meant to be, blocked in,and still have a 3 hr trip to the second stop, will i make it, don't think so.:biggrin_2554:
    best wishes mcr.

I thought class A covered class B. Suppose to count as all but motorcycle. Glad you graduated and are getting your endorsements. Congrats.

    Thanks Dbl Time
The class A does cover class B, but for some reason they dont cover passenger endorsement. Which passenger is not that big of deal if I can get it I will, it was just a thought of something to fall back on later in life. I have my Tankers, Dbl-Triples, and went the other day to be finger printed for hazmat. Waiting on that report to go and take the test then its off to the wild blue yonder :biggrin_25525:
Hey guys/gals becareful out there winter is here............Dalton

Stick with USA Truck for your first year, i have worked for that company before and they worked my tail off on some decent runs (600+ milers). Keep us posted on your progress.

That is when you get within 100 miles of delivery point and get a hotel with a pool and relax!

Better that than having a 2100 mile run with a stiff delivery time of 48 hours later!:biggrin_2555: Solo

2 weekends ago I had just that. Could not deliver till Monday, but load set up to go in on Tuesday. I loaded Friday in Amsterdam, NY, to Birmingham AL. All the time I had to log was 11 hrs of friday and 9.75 on Saterday and 0 coming back on Sunday. I ran hard Friday and saterday getting within 2hrs of reciever, took a 34hr restart, and delivered on Monday.

Well I heard from one of the guys who I started with. He was down in TX with 40 other trucks with no loads. He also stated he went home since he lived only 120 miles away, but may not be able to come back out with the company, since he is one of 15 being layed off from his fleet. Basicly 15 from every fleet being layed off. I've not heard anything from my boss so I can not say about me. Currently home for Turkeyday.

    Happy Thanks Giving everyone.
