Can’t screw me any worse than the teamsters have ,22 years with them and I get nothing. This job is a cake walk compared to working freight.

Jeeze guys, my actual date is 9/28 and I was told they are honoring the old pay structure for me, confirmed by head of HR at Marcy, and Bentonville. I don't mess around I ask questions. Just like when I'm commuting to orientation. I'll be getting paid and reimbursed for everything and the mileage is like .46somethig with .06 for weekend miles. . With that being said I'm going to love it. I was a teamster and the only thing good over there is pay and benefits. It's hard going to work when you get letters in the mail about the demise of the pension and benefits. 2024 or something and all money will be gone. Why work some where when you won't have anything to look forward to in my later years? If Walmart goes for good then so be it at least my resume just sky rocketed because I'm going to have them as a past employer.

Please read back on all my posts before you quote me about what Walmart offered. thabk you!

    Orientation Monday!! Can't wait :)

Have a great day and be safe.

I honestly would have taken the job with Linde. Home every day. Not to mention you're going to be at the bottom , with all yhe schedule changes planned for next Spring its not a good place to be. Youve been well advised

Glad you cleared that up with pay some of these folk here just say things they want to believe. You will like it here . I to could have went to work for linde but came here instead. Linde would have been nights forever and split days off and less money.
