No, it is not.
The juco built a fire training center next to ours at the edge of town. Most of the instructors are either still active on our department or have retired from here. One of the retired guys did a study on the millennial generation. At the end of the day, they have not been allowed to fail. They're part of the "Participation Trophy" crowd. When they do fail, they have no idea how to react, so they shut down or engage in self destructive behavior to varying degrees.

Nothing too it. All you gotta know is no horned cattle on the top, if the trailer has a counterbalance to work front top deck it's sole purpose is to hurt you really bad.
