I loved every minute of it. It's got it's own set of challenges. When it works good, it's hard to beat self loading and unloading freight.

I always have my hot shot in the trailer but I try to not use it. I find it works better just hitting the side of the trailer or on the floor. The noise is normally enough to get the pigs moving.

I've worked hard since I was 14, grew up dirt poor...still dirt poor but I'm happy.

 

There's a company in PA that hauls cows...I always wanted to work there before I bought my own. William Spencer

 

And most of the young guys I work with are part of that crowd, not much fun at all doing it on a nightly basis.

 

Always exceptions to the rule and you certainly qualify as one of them.

 

@1951 ford and @SAR , gonna get cold! SAR, I'm sure it's already freezing up there and Mr.Ford it's probably coming through there now. We had some big gusts earlier and it's suppose to blow 30-40 with gusts to 50 all night and a 50 degree drop in temps by tomorrow here in OKC. Going to be a fun night at work!
