Here's what I came up with. The "T" straps are 18" wide x 15" tall using 3" wide flat iron. The end straps are 2" wide x 15" tall. And 5/8" square head lag bolts to attach them. This picture is to scale.

It's the same material, hand hammered finish and bolt size as the beam light. That was a 7" x 7" beam.

I'm not finished yet but I was tired of working out in the rain...I need to put beauty rings over the rubbers and I'm changing the work lights to super bright LEDs.

The back of the cab needs a good scrubbing.

    Pulled off the headache rack
Added the between the frame box
    Added the chicken lights
Pulled off the stupid rubber fairings

Here's the only before hand picture I have.

Looks good! I was under the impression they have to be red on the back. Unless you're not gonna run them while going down the road.

Supposed to be, but I prefer Amber and I've seen other guys running them without trouble.

We'll see if they pull me over.

Looks good. I get the impression your as anal about detail as I am....drives my wife crazy....

My house was built in 1913 and when we decided to gut it and completely reconfigure it I had to draw everything....she can't visualize anything. Luckily in my former life I designed and built manufacturing equipment for a living so I'm pretty good with Autocad.

Here's an action shot, I also added double sided square led in the corners so it shines a red glow down onto my fuel tanks.

I've got a laundry list of stuff to do before it's ready to put a driver in and he wants to start in December or early January so I need to get busy.

I got me a axx chewing this morning. Backed into the bakery hole and sat in the truck watching the gage. Pulled up when the front was full and got out to make sure we was good. Loader operator pulls up and says...

I don't have time to be ####### around with you guys today. You have to pay attention. When I beep my horn pull up.

Sir this is my second time loading here and the last time they didn't do that.

    They didn't??

    No...

Well crack your window and listen for my horn.

    No problem.
