First time is 1 year suspension. Second time is lifetime suspension i beleive.

Fourth time. I highly doubt he even had a cdl. I"m pretty sure he's banned for life.

Somewhere on the WWW is a chart for license suspensions depending on the offense's. Would have to find it again.

4 DUI's in six years? This guy will be lucky if he's even allowed to deliver Chinese take-out on a bicycle...

Agreed, it is disappointing to see drivers like that continuing in the industry.
Maybe a greater value should be placed on having a CDL.
How many chances should a driver who refuses to leave the booze alone get ?

    bzinger and mjd4277 Thank this.

@Chinatown ,be prepared for someone looking for a new job, just in case:
“I got 4 DUIs and my last accident destroyed a truck and triggered a brush fire in Delaware,is there anyone who will hire me?”;)

Western Express might actually take him! I mean if they actually hired a driver that killed a cross dresser in their yard and still went out and picked up a load(that’s dedication to the job right there)then anything is possible!

    His CDL driving is over.
I remember that driver from Georgia that was caught after losing his cdl. He was using a license he bought at a souvenir store and I think it had Jimmy Carter's picture on it. He'd been using it for several years.

Fake license are easy to get, but they won't pass the DOT computer sniff test.
