For you new FB. Everyone always seems to think that FB is the hardest work you will ever do, it isn't. I started with Melton in 2008, they are a great company. as far as load securement, The hardest part is figuring out odd shaped loads and strapping them. if you are unsure, take a pic and send it to safety and they will walk you through it. Most shippers that require tarping, let you tarp inside, they done want the product wet. and you can get the forklift driver to put your tarps on top of the load for you. SEE the hard part is done. Now just bungee your load and your done.

Yes melton does both drug tests.

Not to worry though; I'll make sure that the precious children are nowhere near and as a special bonus, if I see something, then I will most definitely say something.Knucklehead Thanks this. -

Blackbob, just FYI I have been with melton 18 months and generally really like it. I also started in their orientation. They pay what they promised and there is no BS. I think you will be happy. Every company has disgruntled people so it’s hard to know in advance how you will like it. I originally thought I would just do melton for 6 months and move on and up. Well I never left. I’m pretty satisfied right where I am. Good luck.
