    i took my wife dancing this past saturday to the club. Low and behold just when its was about over a guy started to smoke a joint about 12-15 feet away from where we were.. I could smell it obviously i made some intent to cover my nose but then i say said f..k it... so i leave out today.. i hit ready for dispatch.. they tell me to call safety dept. i called they said i was selected for drug and alcohol test... i already went and pissed in a cup.. my question is.. Am i going to fail???

    Thanks i wasnt smoking but the guy was like i said 12-15 ft away around at least 300+ people around him including me

    You should be fine, just stay away from those types. I was in a Love's in Marshall MI last year, and one of those double decker busses pulled in. Half of the folks on there were openly smoking weed, stunk up the place pretty good.

    Well this place closed all doors turned off AC purposely.. every1 sweating bullets having to buy 5$ walmart brand water bottles or 7$ can beer smh...

    I am pretty sure there are some allowances for situations like these. I would assume the THC levels have to be above a certain level to cause a fail. No one can control what someone else does as you happen to pass by them. Levels higher then a certain amount would indicate that YOU are the user.

    Time to find a new group of friends if this is a regular thing.

    I was called in for a "Golden Flow" the morning after attending a Rush concert when i was in the military in 1985 and managed to pass....I think you'll be fine.
