If you are on elogs, you need to print hard copies for your records in case of audit. It gets real expensive to have elog service provider get log info from years back. It gets expensive for fines if you cant provide logs for auditor. I just went through ifta audit for 2014.

Ahhh, they're not even in my thought process as an option for freight. I don't have the time nor patience to deal with spoiled brat snowflakes with a headset on.
-
what about the rate con ftromtql you have that dont you
-
te con and even emails from discussing picking up load and even the email i sent requesting detention for waiting 8 hours to be loaded then he quit answering my emails. I have all of that plus my log book showing i drove to destination and my pickup near the delivery for my next load.

Seems you need to try to get in touch with upper management/ someone in accounting that is willing to at least hear you out.
-
Yeah... this has the feel of 'I'm dealing with an employee that has done something seriously wrong and is trying to cover it up so that they don't get fired.'
You see this sometimes when you deal with big companies screwups. It can feel like they don't want to solve the problem because their representatives are furiously trying to stop their higher ups from finding out it ever happened.
Post about this all over the internet. Should gather you the attention from upper management you need.SoCal Trucker Thanks this. -
I worked at TQL. This happens all the time. The customer is king and the carrier is crap. My broker would tell the carrier everything they needed to hear to get the job done and then never call them again. When the carrier would call and ask for the broker he would look at me and shake his head and whisper he wasn't there. Just speaking from experience hereizifaddag, KB3MMX, KANSAS TRANSIT and 1 other person Thank this. -
I have now been called by 2 different idiots from "carrier relations" at TQL. The first I engaged, told him I do not do business with TQL and he said he would delete me from their database with an attitude. Excellent said I and how the **** did you have me in 'your database' anyhow? He hung up.
Dip**** number 2 called about a week ago. Why I have no idea.
"Hello"
"I am from carrier relations at TQL"
"TQL?"
"Yes"
I hung up. So he rang back again. I cancelled his call. I was already on another call with a buddy and we were laughing at this behaviour. I guarantee he will keep calling I told my friend.
Sure enough he calls again.
I cancelled his call again. That was the end I guess he finally figured out that I don't do business with TQL.
Here is my question - how did this twat know who I was and my telephone number?
I have let my feelings be known on this forum, Google reviews and I have removed them from offered loads on the Truckstop loadboard.
So here is what I am thinking. TQL don't like anyone saying anything bad about them on the internet. So they use a crawler to look for negative stuff. This is then taken up by 'carrier relations' - the equivalent of Tony Soprano paying you a visit - to 'placate' you. To tell you it was all a misunderstanding and they are really good guys. The insistent calls i.e. refusing to be told highlights the entire attitude of these rats. You WILL accommodate them or else. It reeks of it.
Thing is somehow they found out the name of my business, my name and my phone number. So who gave them this information? My favorite is Truckstop.com.
Thoughts?6wheeler Thanks this. -
I have no idea how they figured out it was you. Generally speaking though it's unwise to post anything on the internet you wouldn't live with everyone knowing about. Privacy is already long dead, so it's to accept that reality and act accordingly.
I'll stand by everything I've ever posted on any internet forum ever. I'll also stand by what I wrote on my investment blog all those years ago. I'll stand behind anything on my facebook. The best way to deal with having no privacy is to accept that the world has returned to normal, which is to say that you will be judged for your behavior. Probably forever. By everyone. You have to pick a community and abide by the morals and ethics of that community. Be careful about which one as that choice will determine an awful lot about what kinds of opportunities you'll see.
