I agree 105% i'm 47 and new to the game but not to life and you hafta work and or work hard for what you want i would like for every thing just fall out the sky but i know better,so respect is a key word in my vocabulary,learn = earn

Yes indeed, a comment on the second class human. My biggest problem pet peeve has always been, the fact that you sit and wait for hours on end at a shipper/receiver waiting for them to do their thing, but if you're 15 minutes late due to a legitimate reason (Accident/Weather) and All hell breaks loose.
