Rand McNally ELD 50 questions

The ELD 50 is
disconnect from my overdrive pro 8 tablet every 7 to 9 days then I have to go into the tablet and clear out all data and restart the app

 

P.S. they are working on a update to fix this problem

 

You disconnect it or the ELD disconnects on its own?

And what data in the OD are you clearing out?

 

All data in driver connect app and you will have to be hooked up to wi-fi so you can login for startup

 

Does the App disconnect on its own or do you disconnect it?

It will disconnect as your driving down the road if you power down the tablet it will reconnect but it will disconnect again Rand Mcnally told me about clear all of the data

 

Just did a new update tonight I will see if this works I let you know

I just bought an Rm tnd tablet 70. It was on sale and I figured it would stand up better than my pad. I also have an eld 50 to pair with it. However before I mounted it all up the eld 50 site said it won’t work with the 70?
