    I hope that somebody witnessed who had the red light or cameras nearby.. years ago I witnessed a car clip a pick up truck when the car ran the red light . The 3 people in the car said that the pickup ran the red but my statement and the fact we both stopped at the previous light which was red but 250 feet away from the second light which is in sync with the first saved him
