@1278PA I never had any issues at roehl with miles or any other bs. It was a great experience. The cameras yeah that’s a negative but that’s getting to be commonplace with these training Megas.
Roehl also has some dedicated gigs that you could get onto if you want things a little easier.
Whatever you do, good luck! I’m glad you are finally getting somewhere with this.Just passing by, tscottme, Need4Speed and 1 other person Thank this. -
Seek out Wel companies out of De Pere Wisconsin. They train and everything. I work here as a Solo making .43 a mile. They pay students much better than those numbers you gave for Stevens and Roehl.
tscottme, 1278PA and Steel Dragon Thank this. -

Doesn't matter which company you start with; in 12 months there will be dozens to choose from because you'll have experience.

Roehl is ok except the trucks don't have APU. Otherwise they will get the job done.
@1278PA
Roehl does hair follicle drug test and Stevens does urine.Last edited: Nov 7, 2017

Talked to a Stevens owner operater a few weeks ago and he said that Stevens had a tanker division

"At Stevens Tanker, we place a high value on driver safety and driver appreciation. As an established corporate business, we are able to offer an exciting company culture, and safety & reliability that simply doesn’t exist as an owner operator, or working for a small business. We’re also a privately owned company, which means we haven’t lost that family owned feel. It’s truly the best marriage of corporate safety & reliability with family business character."
