The dealer should be able to do this.

The dealer can tell you with the last 6 of the VIN or you can look on the rear end for a tag (sometimes it’s stamped on the housing). You can also calculate it. A VIN decoder shows it to be a 96 379 Pete and no info on rear end.
Oxbow Thanks this. -
I am showing a 3.91 on my info, but verify the tag. I have found Paccar to have wrong info a lot on the pre 2001 models. For example, I had a 3.55 listed for a 98 last month that turned out to have a 4.88. Per the driver, it was original so I always check the axle tag every single time.

Can anyone get me the full vin # for a truck I’m looking to buy?or somewhere I can look it up ? The guy will only give me the last 6 of the vin 967590 it’s a 2004 w900L the dealer won’t help me out either.....

It doesn’t work that way. There is no way to derive the entire VIN from the last 6.

Can you get the license plate number.
I'm sure you could get a Vin from that.
Why won't the seller give you the number?
Tell the seller your loan officer requires the VIN.
I wouldn't buy the truck if I couldn't get the VIN and do an accident search.
Good luck -
Full vin has already been posted in his other thread
