Pretty sure everybody looking for drivers for the most part. Lot's of people offering $5K to $10K sign on's, don't know what merit they hold, but that's what many are spamming.

I haven’t seen anyone for a week at work, I work when I want and am my own dispatcher. My boss lets me do my thing. As long as people aren’t running out of def everyone is happy. I deliver def, from totes to transport loads.

Apparently not that bad. They basically told me I was a felon when I told them about my misdemeanor on the application, and said they wouldn't even begin to humor considering me for at least 5 years.
