It's a complete gut job, pull the flooring n everything, change the fixtures and placement, put another door in apparently from our room.


No membership over here lol we'll get it figured.

 

Tile Floor and Shower?

 

Hoping it don't come to a two week hotel stay. Mostly cause I'd never hear the end of it that someone left something at the house and we gotta make another pain in the ### trip over there.

 

Plus tub plus tile walls plus wall between tub and throne plus double vanity and double sink.

 

That's a 2 week Job for sure once U get into the Tile Work....the Rest of it is Relativly Quick

 

Yeah that's how it strikes me. Best case I get them to all go on vacation while I keep working n someone comes in n does it all.

 

That sounds like a good plan with a lower stress level for you!!!

 

I have floor joist stacked in my shop and a double French inswing for a master bedroom/ bath addition with a garage.

I've put her off long enough she would be happy with a slab of concrete to park on.

We're at 3200sqft now for two people but are getting tired of climbing the stairs.

Lukenbach Texas keeps playing in my head..."four car garage and we're still building on"

 

You and your family could go on a cruise for a week and when you get back it will be all done.

Sorry I couldn't resist I had to say it lol!

Seriously though when it's all said and done you'll have a nice bathroom.

 

I actually had thought of that except the cruise was only a week long.
