Think of the USA about hundreds of thousands if not millions in potential routes.

You are not going to be trained on just one route unless you are in a very specialized and regulated route that is very specific such as milk tanker pickup. Trucking is a whole lot of random. One day Louisana, next day Jersey. God only knows where you will be friday.

 

That's reason enough to eviscerate trainer

 

It's a people problem. You will be issued another trainer. Or dismissed for causing unnecessary problems. They used to say the squeaky wheel gets the grease, in the industry it gets replaced. So when you go to the Company Elders with a problem, make it a good one.
