We fall right on that .12 kwh average, the electric company had some difficulty releasing that particular information years ago to our request.

We installed three foot long 4 inch thick stranded copper between the two service drop main cables and the primary electric meter.

That reduced the draw from upwards of 1500 kwh down to about 300 kwh per month (Dropping the bill quite a bit.) in fact some months we dipped into 10 dollar electric bills but electric company was not happy. They never understood that the big copper was the key to keeping that electric measuring meter cooled and slow spinning.

it could still be just the prototype. it does not even have a sleeper, so no team driving i'd say.

the final product will be much different.

then too, there may be government subsidies for fleets to buy some, so if that happens, many of you company OTR drivers will be in one....!!!!!!

" will never jack knife" "will never need brake shoes"
Wonder what a new battery pack costs?
I guess the tax payer will subsidize this like they have been on the car?

I think it's a cool thing the companies like TESLA are trying to provide options for the future. Maybe this is not the best truck right now, but it puts other Manufacturers pressure to start innovating.
