It's not hard, just make sure you have the end clamped before you insert it.
The ones I've seen on Amazon usually require a prescription. There are other places that don't. -
Ok I have been a coffee drinker nearly all my life. When I decided to go OTR I was worried about access to coffee and possible withdrawals. Seriously I have never gone without. So this is what I do. Caffeine pills. 200-400 milligrams each morning with my vitamins. Ya it’s not the same as real coffee/espresso but it helps.
I take 2 nodoz pills ever morning as a substitute for coffee. I recommend it to anyone who cannot get going without caffeine. No bladder issues here.shatteredsquare Thanks this.
