Ive Handled it with Grossings OVER 45k-Had a 47k once- Take your Time not too bad- I just don't like the fact the 7-9% ers aren't marked.......I still gauge it right from experience,But it would help.

Many moons ago when i was a young man i picked up a load of scrap cardboard that had been stored outside all winter. Was supposed to be 45k lbs. Went to some town in Arizona north of 40. Loaded an hour or so west of denver. My very first trip to Colorado. 318 detroit so no turbo and no Jake. I opened up the map and decided that running back to denver to 25 down to 40 and over then north 45 miles our so was just way to much out of route miles. So i went to rt 9 and worked my way down to 160 into nm and over the river and through the woods to grandma's house. Now remember i had never been to Colorado before this, or New Mexico and Arizona for that matter. Man was that trip an eye opener. Lesson learned. Never ever EVER take a short cut in the Rockies. they scaled me in at the reciever and i was grossing over 92k lbs. Another lesson learned, when snow melts it turns to water, cardboard absorbs water.
