Question regarding reimbursment of lumper and trailer wash outs?
When this will happen? I got settlement it says advances and shows the ammount, but that advance was to my
company card to get comdata check for a lumper, and trailer wash out, shows as interior wash - all this goes towards deductions from my truck, i do not see it was reimbursed, or will it happen in future settlement? Confused.
Also i have 25$ deductions for kind of training school is it for my paid so called by prime training?
    Can anyone please explain?

Give it a week or two, normal. I worked there in the early 90's... I doubt that has changed, it is the same at the company I am leased to right now. Takes a week or two, pretty standard in the industry, unless you work for a fly by night, and Prime is not fly by night. If you have an issue, call Robert... He is a good guy, seriously, and I knew his mom, Ms. Vera. They are good people, you have issues, call him, just make sure you have your sheet in order. ;-)

The $25 is paying back towards the $200/wk borrowed during psd. There is likely other deductions for chains, and everything needed to purchase when upgrading to own truck, listed as load locks. I'm not 100% sure how such reimbursements work on lease side, company gets them same week they are deducted, thus never notice dif, only way to see is on pay sheet. Did you scan in reciepts with other trip paperwork, no receipt, no reimbursement

Lumpers are put in the revenue section of your settlement, look for a line item called "outside lumper". Also, in order to get reimbursed, you have to submit the receipt for the lumper with your trip sheet when you scan the documents in.

Washouts are put in the reimbursement section of your settlement section. Look for a line item called "Wash interior".

Both of those items should be reimbursed on your settlement the same time that load pays out. If you don't see it the next week, let your fm know or call your payroll person.

Yes i see it in revenue section as outside lumper, but than down on other page i see in deduction section as advance the money i requested on my card to pay for the lumper, so as i get it they calculate the lumper first as revenue than deduct as advance?
PS. Got it, understand now, was not attentive. Thanks for help everyone.
