Well, the noob got home and was appalled at the condition in which he found his grandmother--almost out of meds, dirty, house dirty. His brother was playing video games.
We spoke briefly, and he informed me he's going to find a local job, even if it's just lumping for a furniture truck, but he isn't leaving his grandmother alone long term any more.
I wished him the best. He needs to be home daily. And he needs to kick his brother's ###, IMHO.
He told me yesterday he's interviewing with a Pepsi distributor tomorrow morning about driving a local truck. That's a lot of work, but could be right up his alley.
At least he had the guts to change course early instead of trying to force things to work out and blowing several month's worth of time and energy.
I'm baaaaaack!!!!!!!!

I'm impressed a lot of the younger generation do not care about their grandparents or even their parents for that matter. His brother is an example of that.
