    here is a rough start for you.
    get a copy of the securement rules and add 20% and use that as a minimum.
    then use a huge amount of common sense.

    Plenty of it is common sense,And It Can be hard if your out of shape

    Oh well your doing it right in my opinion... I wish I would have started in flat bed. Get your self a good pair of gloves also. You'll be fine.
