Hey guys hows it going. this is my first post on here. At the moment i just filed for my DBA and am now looking for insurance. the problem is the only company i've had give me a quote is progressive and they want the full payment up front. Anybody know of any companies that offer insurance to start ups? Besides progressive they all want at least 1 year or more in business. Thanks for the help

Progressive let me do it on a 10 month payment plan.
-
How much did Progressive quote you?
-
That's the first time I've ever heard Progressive wanting the full Year's premium up front
-
Yeah me too, they said they are on a strict no payment plan policy as of now..ive never heard about that.

14k for 1 million in liability
-
That's probably a real competitive price right now, the only downside I guess you need to pay it all up front which is the first I've ever heard of. That will keep a lot of new guys out .

yeah kindve sucks. considering i only have a Chevy 2500 with a 1 car trailer . only reason i need 1m in coverage is because thats the minimum to register with centraldispatch.com

I was just quoted $11,050.00 for the year. 2002 Classic and 2007 Wabash Flatbed. $1m liability etc. 20% down the rest over 9 months A- rated company.
