It looks like 100th is one way the wrong way. Continue to 96th, bust a right and a right again on Park. That area is no fun, but doable with a daycab and 48th.

well you are right about the cops being awesome. i had to double park at my delivery. cop got out of his car and asked if i needed any help. i didn't and he could plainly see i had a sleeper and a 53 footer. not much else was said about any of that.
