Huh?
The 8 split sleeper overlaps tue/wed. I just did not show it on the commen's part (it shows on the grid)
As long as my grid does not show a red line (violation)...I'm goodKANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this. -
lol...i have no idea how that got in there. 6-5-6?? lol.KANSAS TRANSIT Thanks this. -
I didn't think anything of it, figured you were lobbing for a 17 hr work day, lol

Hitting the reply key would help.
Why nap at all?
He has a 14 hour work shift and then a 10 hour break.
Everyone has a 10 hour break at the end of their day to sleep. He should have known that and shouldn’t have napped himself out of getting rest on his 10 hour break he knew he was taking.
(Unless you split break) -
Actually when I did the math you "could" make it with out the split, shutting down at 4:30 puts you up at 2:30 and hr to terminal and 1/2 hr turn time puts you at 4am on the way to Atlanta it's an 8 hr drive with a 1/2 break in there somewhere, so really you could be there at noon-thrity. Actually 12:45 forgot the PTI to start the day.Last edited: Nov 23, 2017
nax Thanks this. -
is that the 6-5-6 key?
-
What happened?
Anyways my point was if he was on paper logs he could have made it back to his terminal in 15 hours, logged the whole day off duty and left anytime for Atlanta with a fresh 70. -
Yep, that's problem with elog. However, I have a real hard time figuring how neither you nor dispatch realized you wouldn't be able to make Atlanta until you got back to the terminal.
-
So then what we have proven is that even with Elogs running legal this trip is still doable, whether with split sleeper or a straight 10, I still think it's a bit tight scheduling but whatever.
So does that make this whole post irrelevant???
