I’m looking at a fully loaded 2015 T660 ISX15 with about 340,000 miles. Got any advice or suggestions what I should be looking for?
Thank you

Dyno it and pull an oil sample

Have the entire dpf-def system gone through thoroughly dpf baked and any sensors/connections cleaned replaced. Same with egr system. Change the oil every 15k not the fleet standards of 25 to 50k and it should be a good platform to start on.

Do the entire due diligence, oil sample, dyno with blow by, full ecm dump and a mechanic to go through it from bumper to mud flaps.
And what is a fully loaded truck, never heard of that.Broke Down 69 Thanks this. -

Thanks Guys. I don’t want to take any short cuts. I’m assuming there unloading the truck to avoid dpf experiences that are due now. What’s the the estimated cost dpf-def system gone through? $2,500?
Ridge, ecm dump???
Fully loaded = all the bells and whistles. This will be my first fully loaded truck. I’m interested to see how the front air ride does. Never driven a truck with front air ride.Attached Files:

If you have o pay $2,500 to have it "gone through", you can pay half that and have it deleted.

Got that right on the crankcase filter ! ...didn't bother with it on my 13 isx and it quickly started guzzling oil ..pulled the filter housing off the other day about a quart of oil poured out of it as it was completely plugged .
Cummins has an updated filter out now that really doesent even have a filter , its just a plate with a relief valve in it .Broke Down 69 Thanks this.
