I start my training this Saturday.
Going to be jumping through hoops to get it, because I was approved for hire by Schneider. I'm just counting myself as extremely lucky to have been offered the position which is getting sold off.I managed to get in with a company that I have not heard or seen anything bad about, and I got a shortcut method, hehe.
Maybe I'll see you in Laurinburgh guys.
2 weeks in GB STA - 1wk in LB NC Specialised training.
So I should be there around the 18th.
I confirmed with my recruiter that it's only 1 week in LB

I have stayed in touch with my recruiter. She's very professional and has helped answer any questions I may have had. I'm just waiting for the application to finish processing and then I hope to hear from them soon after that. Hopefully I'll see you guys out on the road in a few months.

If you are talking about Maverik the company that just bought Schneider National's Flatbed Glass division you might want to try applying to Schneider still and they will turn you over to Maverik once you complete your CDL training with them!

I'm in at Maverick! Well, I'm on the waiting list anyway...but that means they will be calling me in a few weeks to head down for my training.
It must have been an omen or something. On my way to work today, I passed 3 Maverick trucks...then I get the good news! I can't wait to get started and get out of this crappy job! -
