Us foods & Sysco!
-
I dont know about US Foods, but I was told Sygma pays much better then Sysco. A driver helper makes between $800-$1000 a week. A driver can make well over a thousand. The driver I went out with made $85k last year. It is tough work, but for those kind of wages, no problem!

Who do you think own's Sygma "Sysco" You will have to find out for yourself that it is a #### job that has a huge turn over rate, come tell me how good it is in 6 mo..:smt064

I was told that all the Sygma drivers at that location have been there ten years or more, only one driver has been there less then a year. So if that is the case, then the turn over rate is very low for that particular location.
You are right though, I have to find out myself, maybe I'll love it, or hate it. I start next Wed so we will see.
Cant be any worse then what I experienced with OTR trucking.

Really? 200,000 per trailer? Methinks he does exaggerate a bit

I have seen trailers with 4,000 cases of store merchandise and I have seen trailers with 860 50 lb bags of cat litter. But 4,000 cases at 50 pounds each is 4 1/2 53 foot trailers.
