Not if you get fresh eggs that have never been refrigerated. My husband brings eggs in a camping egg container that prevents breakage and he doesn't have to use the refrigerator which can't hold a lot anyway.WesternPlains and Dan.S Thank this.

I read that too but haven't tried it since we went through our eggs within a couple of weeks.. The problem with store refrigerated eggs is they've been washed and the outer layer removed so they go bad more quickly than unwashed fresh eggs.WesternPlains and Dan.S Thank this.

I've got 3 cases of dehydrated water pills I've been saving since Y2K. They are much smaller than a few gallons of water. If someone wants to make me an offer.
