Some states have laws prohibiting "smoking in an indoor workplace". In the cab of a truck constitutes an indoor workplace.
Some wackos go so far as to say even your personal vehicle constitutes an indoor workplace if you are on company business, but I'm drawing the line at that one. I own my pickup truck, and I'll smoke in it whenever I #### well please, so screw you.

I don't mind at all if someone smokes around me...heck, I kinda look forward to it...it's alright in my book as I've tried to smoke 3 or 4 cigarettes since quitting...but it hurts the lungs too bad to try and "learn" how to smoke again
