Mike Bell on YouTube runs for them and he seems to be happy and getting plenty of miles. They hire right out of school and after training he got .40 cpm. Seems pretty legit IMO.

 

Awesome place to work i love the true open door policy i walk right in to any office including the big guy just to conversate or ask questions I get plenty of home time and plenty of miles. I enjoy working for rosedale

 

Someone's not telling the whole truth here sir don't lie if you were disqualified something happened or wasnt right and as far as sarah goes she's one of the nicest and most honest recruiters ive ever spoken with

One of the most dishonest companies I have had the displeasure of working for. Anyone who says different is but a brown noser. Dispatch is nothing but a bunch of liars. Will promise you the world. If you can live on 1700 miles a week while sitting waiting on a backhaul and not getting paid you 'll be fine. If you can live on 5 or 600.00 paychecks you 'll be fine. Bonus is a scam. They have little quims you sign . such as. They pay you 100.00 for 2 days of orientation. But if you don't stay with them 90 days they take it back. They charge you 45.00 for a non compliant drug screen.which is charged back to you. Anyone who says different are company officials posting as drivers. Or people who want to make the good ol boy list. The turn over rate here is high. They place you in a truck to pull their deal loads. And use ch Robinson for broker loads back. Believe what you want. They are one of the worst. One of the companies that have brought down the industry. You can only fuel at loves. And only the ones they authorize. The benefit are 200.00 to 300.00 a week for family coverage. (if that's what you call it.) any real professional driver would not work for a eat company like this. Good luck with payroll. If you submit something via their drive axle app. Unless dispatch puts in the computer. Your not getting paid for it. While they come across with pleasant attitudes??? Look out. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Filing law suit with Morgan and Morgan of Nashville. Looking for others who have suffered at the hands of this company to join in for class action. So not telling the truth.... you know what you did! They don't disqualify you for no reason. Everyone that has ever attended an orientation knows that.
