This is all true, I delivered behind a casino there last week and was sure I knew better than ridiculous gps route out doing 3/4 of the ring road so went direct across town. The traffic wasn't any big deal but the roads were. Half the mileage and double the time, but there's a nice looking rail station I hope I never see again.
Dont know the very worst place for traffic, all the places listed can be diabolical but for myself i reckon the no.1 stinkhole to drive in will be somewhere on I5, plenty to choose from too.

That’s the new religion in the US...Stupidism. With Kim Kardashian as high priestess.
Just wait for the new cars that pays attention so that the motorist doesn’t become commonplace.

“Well, I don’t need to pay attention, my car will let me know when something bad is about to happen.”

And when these cars have a Toyota throttle moment...

“I didn’t know what to do. Traffic was stopped up ahead but my car didn’t slow down! I want to sue!!!

You can take Briley parkway to avoid downtown Nashville if you're coming from the north or south.

You know, I've given alot of thought about these self driving cars and the stupidity of the idea. And I've come to the conclusion that a few years from now, teenagers won't know the true joy of actually driving.

They'll never know the joys of finding a back road in the middle of nowhere, lining up your pickup trucks and drag racing with the mirrors bouncing off each other as you bounce through the potholes. Spur of the moment road trips to the beach with friends will no longer be about the adventure of actually getting there. My family didn't have any money for nice, reliable sports cars. We drove used cars and trucks, so every long trip was an adventure. It's really unfortunate that these things will go away with this technology. Because looking back on that time of my life, it was friggin awesome.

I take Briley parkway sometimes when I'm coming from La Vergne, but it doesn't do me much good when I want to go North in the am. I still have to fight my way to the exit on 24.

I think New York City is a lot worse than LA. Coming out of New York City you only got so many bridges to choose from and they're all backed up during rush hour . At least if you're in LA it's laid out like a giant grid so if one road is backed up you can jump off and take another road in the same direction. If you're trying to come out of New York City and cross the George Washington Bridge to get into New Jersey when it goes down to one lane for road construction and you got five Lanes trying to condense into one lane it's nastier than anything La has to offer

Being fat and Stupid is the new thing. Why would they want to be anything else? When they remake First Blood in 5 years, Rambo will not be a Vietnam vet, but a fat, effeminate neckbeard. Colonel Troutman will be “Memaw Troutman”.

I used to race sports cars. Now I ride. If I’m not in the truck, I’m on the horse. If you ride a motorcycle with the same mindset that you drive a car, you are going to die a horrible death. Period.

Training programs the brain so that the synapses fire a certain pattern. The synapses you don’t use close down. So then, it becomes difficult to think a new way, outside the box. Everything that they’re doing for “SAFETY” is designed so that WE don’t have to think. It makes you predictable. If you are predictable, you are easily controlled. All they have to do is either push a button, flash an image on TV, and everyone runs to the grocery store to buy all the milk and eggs. Why do they buy perishables when they should be buying water and canned goods?

Winnipeg can be fun. I'll take a big truck through the core to get from St. James to Transcona late night but otherwise use the perimeter.

A neat side note, my 6-greats back grandfather founded Nashville, Mr James Robertson. Or as I like to call him, paw-paw.
