As the costs of driver training increase some people don't have the funds to pay their own tuition. If you are on unemployment you may qualify for funding. Some financial institutes have the services of education, student or tuition loans but do they qualify for truck driving. Does anyone know where one can get financial assistance for AZ driving tuition?:biggrin_25512:

I found this hard, too. EI will help... if you are on EI. Unfortunately, when I was looking, there were no government student loans available. I was finally able to get funds with the help of a wonderful family member who co-signed a loan for me through BMO. Hope this helps.

In Alberta there is a professional drivers course that was made up. I never took it but I read up on it before. Certain accredited driving schools in Alberta offer this program, and a person can get student loans for it. Red Deer College has this program.
