They do that alot in Charlotte. I hate that city no one can stay in their lanes and they'll use the shoulder just to get around a big truck.

Hampton bridge tunnel out of Norfolk can be maddening. Especially where it goes from like 5 lanes wide down to 2 on I64.

You'll never get any sort of consensus on this topic. The worst city for really bad big city traffic is the one you're forced to deal with at the worst possible time, today.

Nah the 28 interchange is the one leading into fort Pitt tunnel that you have to change lanes 4 times to get to.

It might not be too bad if only the bridges would stay up.

Perimeter is how we do business with the city. It's so much easier and faster to just drive to the radial connecting street and go down it than try to connect across town.
