    BWT is a joke, whenever we ask for more money on their cars they say "we have to call customer, call you back" then never call back.

    Called them twice on two separate occasions when I was in south Florida on asap loads ready to ship.
    Both times went thru a dance where the girl who barely spoke English has to find my name on central then said she needed to call the customer and then never called back.
    Looks like it's a marketing research game to see how low they can post and get phone calls.
    Bottom of the barrel avoid them at all costs...

    This broker also loves to play games. They always ask if you can haul it for a lower rate claiming that the customer wants to pay less. They did this to me three times on three separate phone cars (same order by the way), after that i told them to kiss my ###. I really hate this company

    Maybe we should let them dispatch the loads to us at half the posted price and then just sit on them a good while and then decline them...
    See how they like having their time wasted....
