i disagree. if it sounds to good to be true it usually is. what i was doing port loads and target stores is way tougher than what ups driver's are doing, other jobs i was about to get hired doing like hauling fuel/petroleum. way tougher/dangerous than what ups driver's are doing.

along with ups's higher pay for being outside the market most other trucking companies deal with, there comes alot more back stabbing and things like that, and the fact the managers know they pay stupidly more than other companies for no reason, there is always thought that they may one day just cut the pay to be what other companies are paying.

it's not how it should be all companies should pay more.

target dc i worked out of had companies underbid, and the companies who underbid the most won, and this meant more screwing over of their drivers. in the real world, the wages keep being driven down, while inflation keeps being driven up, overtime no more incentive to work and the country becomes 3rd world assuming you ignore things and let it settle itself as government.

we get what we have from the workers, and you need to give more incentive for the workers to work. letting customers and managers settle it means you will have workers wages driven down inflation driven up and no more incentive to work. the workers who sh9ould be the winners are the biggest losers, assumign the government is asleep. and they are.

You must be a woman. Everyone is still being cordial with you, so you must be a woman. If you were a guy, the would have told you to goeth intercourse thyself. If those companies dont appeal to you, why in the hell did YOU bring them up? You did it, not them.

Why do people ask for advice and then argue? Why are you guys being nice to someone who wants to argue? Fascinating.
