the injector have 2 plungers inside and fuel as a hydraulic link between,so more fuel(timing fuel) injection is advanced ,less fuel injection is retarded

Go to Cummins parts shop and ask to see a QSK23-950 injector and compare it to Signature injector. It's a 950hp 2896lbft 6 cylinder engine with HPI injection, their injectors might be bolt-on for Signature/ISX.

Why should they be fitted to ISX?

I think stock cam is good enough and rods wont break at 788hp or even higher, only pistons could have lower compression for big power but I think they are not needed, guys are getting close to 1000hp from Cats with stock pistons.

I work on the B-series engines alot with the dodges and it seems that when you change the pistons and do a full motor in the cummins it doesn't make a big power difference. With those engines its all about the fuel and air system. Its pretty sad that those guys can get 800horse out of a little 5.9 block and we practically need to struggle to get it out of a motor near 3 times the size. Doesn't sound like were doing something right lol. Most those dodge motors start off as 160hp 400ftlbs with them making 5 times the power without great difficulty we sould be able to make like 2200 horsepower pretty easy no?
