This is the worst company you can go to work for. I was there for a total of 2 weeks. They have a guy tjey call Patrick he is supposed to be in the safety and maintenance. He will not return your phone calls he will not answer your call he will leave you just stranded. They will rob you of your check they'll tell you all kinds of lies and then when you get there it's nothing what they said. I've been driving for 18 years this is by far the worst. They will make everything sound good.. when you go to work for them you have to fill out what looks like you're buying a house contract that you will pay for this you will pay for that if you damage this it's your responsibility they take out money out of your check for escrow that you're a company driver. When I started with this company I had to clean the whole truck out because the so-called safety manager said he had it all cleaned up which the truck was all junk inside when I left they charge me $150 for cleaning the truck that was cleaner than when I got in the piece of ####. So all I can say a whole lot more but be warned. They lease on to a company called Revere transportation and also have trucks on XPO. The owner will not answer the phone as well.

If you've been driving for 18 years, why would you even sign those papers? Go to a company that treats an employee like an employee.....

Never work for any company that has a driver escrow account. Every #### one of them is trying to hold you hostage and will keep that money anyways.

    Well.. Yes.
Oh the company is at fault for being scum. The driver though, is more at fault. He's the one who signed the papers like that when there are 100 places hiring today. He is the reason said companies stay in business.
And don't give me the "well that's the only one who will hire him" line. If his driving record is that poor he needs to find another career before he kills someone.

Of course it's Driver's Fault. After signing the contract and working with a company that did that.

Yeah your argument would have some weight behind it. If And this is a big IF... if that trucking company was the only game in town.
But classified ads and craiglist begs to differ with you. And with the age of the Internet And with some due diligence You could spot a c***** company before you even start with one...

    This aint the eighties anymore

Those are your assumptions. And I assume that the driver busted his last penny to get to the orientation just to be offered a bunch of papers to sign or get stranded etc.. So he decided to give them the benefit of a doubt. If he is such a terrible driver then what was CSA bs all about? As for job ads, they mean nothing because you dont know the number of applicants. Me with my perfect records and almost 2 millions miles had hell of a time finding a semi decent job just recently, I did not get that much rejection when I had no experience whatsoever. The point being that the driver got screwed by a bad company. And saying that his skirt was too short thus provoking employment attack serves no purpose whatsoever.

No, They're not assumptions those are facts. He signed a contract and work for them. According to his words.

And you know What they say about when you assume I hope..

And goes back to my 1st post of having no common sense

Knowing the number Of applicants applying for a job means nothing. Honestly what does that have to do with the price of tea in China.

    Ok and!

Yes he did. And he willingly signed up to be taken Addvantage of.

Know what serves no purpose is Make A analogy equating sexual harassment. And I guess it could also depend if he was wearing no Panties or not
