Hanging upside down is always what straightened me back out. Yes I'm serious.

Good point from Ruthless that I failed to mention; sorry.
Yes, it is something your body is not initially accustomed to - so you gotta ease into it.
My Teeter hang-ups has a limiting strap that you can adjust to not go totally vertical. I use ~ 70 degrees.
Its also in the way you set up the balance of the thing. You want to have it set so you can lay on it
and be horizontal comfortably, then if you raise your arms, the xtra weight tips it back.
Same with getting back to earth, you want to get your arms back to your sides and you come upright.
Wish I had gotten this and the Temper-pedic mattress 20 years earlier.

Getting old sucks. Cause of your sore back won't be found here. Could be something as simple as weak muscles, if not so lucky could be bulged disc, deteriorated disc, cracked vertebrae or a host of other ailments.

We are firm believers in chiropractors, it is the only thing that keeps husband going now. He tore his achilles tendon in half in June and even though it is healed, it does not help the body. Like the info about the inversion table, have wondered if it was a good idea to have one, just too bad it can't go in the truck, no room for much of anything in these smaller trucks.
