We need somebody with better hacking skills than what I got.Once your in the fuel map it can't be too hard to keep the injectors open a little longer.Maybe Sportster can get one of his software engineers to look at this:biggrin_25514:

The cummins tech that sorted my dramas out mentioned that you can get a program that allows you into the ecu, but its all in code. so you would have to be a programmer to use it..

if thats true, then the ability to get some upgrades is there, jsut needs somone to spend the initial to get it rolling. a lot of $$ for programmers to.

So it appears that I am wrong. Do you happen to have the calibration number for that rating?

At the end of 2007 Cummins introduced 650 ISX for motorhomes, it was rated at 1950lbs but so it was Allisson transmission mated to it. Those files gotta be around as well. Wouldn't be surprised at all if thats what PDI is selling as a own product. Especially after hearing that they actually selling 565 tune as well, which was found out by one of my friends at Cummins shop

If that's what PDI has for ISX motors, any idea what their tuning the n14's to?
I called and asked them, and they only said they tune it with an "off-road file", no mention of HP or torque ratings after the tune. I chat with a PDI distributor from time to time and he seems to think he have them tune it any way he wants, but that doesn't sound right from every thing I've read about n14's.
Sorry if this is off subject, but not to far off I hope.
