Bobcat, nothing pops out as being out of spec to me. 460hp to the ground is 92% of the 500hp engine rating. That is extremely good. All of my units have speced around 80 to 85% rated hp to the wheels. Is your truck equipped with a direct drive transmission or an overdrive?

Temps look good, and your 1.8" c/c pressure is within 0.1" of what mine have dynoed at. 5" was the limit (which seems high to me) printed on one of my reports, so you're definitely within spec there.

FYI, those specs don't note the status of the engine fan or any accessories which would be grabbing hp. Also, your report does not give the boost pressure, fuel pressure, or pulse width over the loaded rpm range.

With the info given, I'd say the engine is fine.
